No real change from last weeks analysis of the Covid situation. Greece, with its excellent response to the virus is still planning on opening up in July with sensible protections. With our existing overseas team Healthy Options is equipped to open as soon are given the go-ahead - and we are aiming for July 1st even if that is only for visitors already in situ in Greece!
Whatever happens we will be ready.
ONLINE THIS WEEK
Our 2020 season opened last Sunday evening with Joe’s and Amy’s online Welcome meeting from the Melas hotel.
To our absolute amazement hundreds of you tuned in and Tuesday’s live BBQ session (thanks again Joe) received well over 5000 views!
Karen’s Sunday and Tuesday yoga classes and Emma’s Thursday Pilates classes were also well supported, and these lovely ladies asked you to please sign in BEFORE the class starts otherwise you wont be able to join in. Class sizes are somewhat limited too so it’s first come first served.
Take a look at the Healthy Options Facebook page and you’ll be able to catch the next productions to keep you in touch with us in Vassiliki. Here’s what’s in store this week.
FREE YOGA AND PILATES CLASSES
To join these classes, make sure you have the correct meeting ID and passcode for Zoom, both of which you can find below.
Most classes are interactive meetings, where you don’t just see the instructor but also the other participants, and they can see you (provided you turn on your camera). To enter these classes, you need to use the website from Zoom or install their application. You can find more information and register for free on the Zoom website. The only exception is Friday’s Stretching for Sailors class, which is live on YouTube and is more like a broadcast.
