We all have slightly different ideas about what we want from our holiday. Rather than having to compromise on your ideal holiday we have found a way to please holiday groups with different tastes.
As you know, Healthy Options holidays offer a daily variety of Yoga sessions with a mixture of different disciplines and levels and there are also a wide range of other fitness activities to suit anybody’s taste.
Pilates, circuits, swiss-ball classes, hydro-fit, mountain biking, stand up paddleboarding, snorkeling, sailing tasters and even a free massage session is included with you holiday package. There's plenty to keep you occupied!
But what about your friend/partner?
Our sister company Wildwind is based at the same beautiful fishing village location of Vassilliki in Greece. So if they are keen on learning to sail at what is probably Europe's top sailing centre, they will be in the best of hands....and, what's more, they can still share accommodation with you, if that's what you want.
Or, for someone with a wider interest in watersports could also explore the excellent range of activities offered on the Wildwind Adventures Programme which includes: scuba diving, sea kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing and more...
We asked one of our regular returnees to explain why Healthy Options works well for them and the differing desires of her holiday group.
“My husband is not a Yoga fan and whilst he does like to keep fit his exercise usually takes a different form from mine. He loves to sail and windsurf. I also have two children one of whom loves to sail and the other is not quite as keen. You would thing that it would be almost impossible to please all of the family at the same time. Yet, by the end of our blissful holiday we all concluded that we had got exactly what we wanted and we had still managed to spend plenty of time together. My husband sailed and windsurfed to his heart’s content, my daughter participated in the RYA courses and came away with a number of new qualifications and a desire to work as a sailing instructor in Vassiliki. My son enjoyed kids club activities as well as a bit of sailing and plenty of swimming with new friends. As for me I got to do what I wanted without having to worry about everyone else all the time. My own personal highlight being early morning SUP yoga, calm sea and beautiful morning light.”
